Fact-Checking Policy
Sources we use
- Official government portals (gov.in and nic.in), including state land records and Bhu-Naksha portals and the Department of Land Resources.
- Acts, revenue manuals, court judgments and Press Information Bureau releases.
- Reputable news reports, which we label as reported news, never as official rules.
How we write
- Every portal address, fee and helpline must come from a source we have checked. We do not publish numbers we cannot trace.
- When something is unconfirmed, we say so and send readers to the official portal or revenue office.
- Menu names on government portals change, so our steps describe what to look for rather than promise exact buttons.
- Each guide shows the date it was last checked and lists its sources.
Corrections
If you find an error, email guestpostadvertising@gmail.com with the page and what is wrong. We check and correct confirmed errors quickly and update the checked date.
